Evidence History — History (derived from Ancient Greek ἱστορία, "inquiry; knowledge acquired by investigation") is the systematic study and documentation of the human past. , Charter — A charter is the grant of authority or rights, stating that the granter formally recognises the prerogative of the recipient to exercise the rights specified.
Administrative unit North Macedonia — The Prespa agreement, also known as the Prespes agreement, Prespa accord or Treaty of Prespa, is an agreement reached on 12 June 2018 between Greece and North Macedonia, under the United Nations' auspices, resolving a long-standing dispute over the latter's name. Signed beside Lake Prespa from which it took its name, and ratified by the parliaments of both countries by 25 January 2019, it went into force on 12 February 2019 when the two countries notified the UN of the deal's completion, following the ratification of the NATO accession protocol for North Macedonia on 8 February. It replaces the interim accord of 1995 and sees the country's constitutional name, then Republic of Macedonia, changed to Republic of North Macedonia erga omnes. The Prespa agreement cannot be superseded by any other agreements or treaties nor revoked, and its provisions are legally binding for both parties in terms of international law and will remain in force indefinitely. , Eastern Region / Источен регион

Description

The Serbian Emperor Stefan Uroš IV Dušan (reigned 1331-1355) donated beekeepers with beehives near Krupište to the Monastery Hagios Panteleemon on the Holy Mount Athos on 12 June 1349 (konь krupištь). The current village of Ularci, which is located 2 km to the North-East of Krupište, probably emerged from this settlement of beekeepers. The Serbian Despot Jovan Dragaš and his brother Konstantin Dragaš confirmed the donation of the village of Ulijari to the Monastery Hagios Panteleemon on the Holy Mount Athos after 1376/77 (I u Krupištehь selo Ulijari).
